A wall art illustration created for my Etsy store, inspired by the quiet joy of small moments. This piece brings together a capybara family enjoying an onsen with mandarin oranges, blending warmth, humour and calm into a single scene.
What began as a personal illustration quickly became one of my bestsellers, which has been especially rewarding to see. The artwork has since been adapted across multiple formats including a T-shirt design, phone wallpaper and iPad wallpaper, allowing the illustration to live beyond the original print and become part of everyday life.
This project reflects my love for character-driven illustration, Japanese culture, gentle storytelling and creating designs that make people feel at ease in their homes.
